[00:00:00] Hello and welcome. This is Equity Mastery. Episode one. The pilot, the premiere, the beginning. We're just getting started. I'm really excited for a lot of reasons. Today is my birthday, and it's my first episode doing something like this. I wanted to do this for so long, and it just. It feels really good. I'm really excited. I'm really thankful and welcome. All right, so this is Equity Mastery. Find me@equity mastery.com all the handles. Equity Mastery. My name is Velty Daniel. I'm an executive banker with Rocket Mortgage or a mortgage loan officer for several states. I have so much great information to share with you and, like, why I want to do this. I truly believe that we all deserve a fair, honest deal when it comes to our financing, our finances, our home, our automobiles, any type of credit, any type of debt and payment system. We really deserve to know what's happening, the terms, just everything. So there's nothing left swept under the rug or there's no mistreatment on any party. And that really means a lot to me. Funny story. When me and my wife first got married, so we're like three years married, and we have. We have one daughter at the time. Right now we have three girls, but at the time, we just have one daughter. And we both. We both were working in the restaurant industry. We really needed a car. [00:01:35] And the first car we bought and financed was at 22% interest rate. That's crazy, right? Like, 22% interest rate. And at the time, the. The gentleman who helped us, you know, he's made it seem like, you know, it was really friendly and it was just. Just, you know, everything is so good and it was just not. And the feeling of something like that happening made me want to just study. Like, I read books on books on books. After that, like, the next vehicles you bought, great interest rates. A lot of those vehicles are paid off, but that feeling of like 20 in the. [00:02:18] It's kind of crazy. My. My best friend would joke because we ended up buying, like, a hatchback for focus wagon at 22 interest rate. Is this so funny to think about? And it's like, it wasn't even like a nice car, you know, it's like, why. [00:02:36] But anyway, that. That really set a fire under me, that. That made me want to study, begin to read books on financing, credit, different industries, how things are negotiated to just get a fair, honest deal so I could be ahead or just win for my family. So that really made me want to learn. And then I promised myself, if I ever got into a position where the roles were reversed and I can help someone or a family, then I would do my best to help them with integrity, with honesty and within the realms of what they're looking to accomplish, whatever that looks like. So my why is really just creating a fair, honest environment for people, families, individuals, whoever, to find what you need. When it comes to your home, your equity, your real estate or your aspirations towards those things, everyone is at a different place and that's okay. But there's so much information in this age which is a good thing, but it becomes so heavy, it becomes so conflicting that you don't know what to believe. It becomes a conundrum. There's just so much noise and a lot of folks don't know where to start. Anything that you want to accomplish for your home? There's so many equity programs right now that are legitimate, affordable and perfect for a lot of different scenarios. Most folks right now can really benefit from a debt consolidation program. There's divorce buyouts, there's home improvement programs and everything in between. There's so many different programs to match what you need. The key is just finding out what, what is out there for you? What are your options, you know, what is it that you need and what can provide that need? What program fits your lifestyle and experience? Not everyone needs to buy a home. Not everyone wants to own their home. Some people might have inherited home. Some people are just going to be there temporarily and some people are going to stay there forever. And we can help you tap into your equity to do some amazing things. It's amazing and that really means a lot to me. The first loan I've ever written. I helped a lady, a very kind hearted soul who took her son in, her adult son. She wanted to pay off some bills, she wanted to do some needed home improvements to make her home more accessible. And she was on a fixed income. She was very stressed and didn't know what to do and so many people turned her away because her credit wasn't perfect. But we found a program for her to pay off all of her debts, get money out for her home improvements and get ahead. And she was in tears, just being thankful that someone would take the time to listen to her help and just explain things at her pace. It changed my life. It. I've really felt at home because of what I've been through. Wanting to just do right for my family, but also knowing what it feels like to not know who to trust. Being able to help her in that moment changed my life and that's why I'm here. I am not a sales robot. I am not a machine. I'm a human being who cares and wants the best for all involved. It's a win, win, win for everyone if you're going to work with me. And that's what I'm excited to share about. So long story short, and I'll go into detail on this story and many others, but we ended up saving her over 600amonth. She actually saved like 800 plus if you interest. We paid off all of her bills, got her over $30,000 to date to do needed home improvements for her home, her steps, her floors, her roof. It was just like a miracle. Like this was life changing. She was in tears and her gratitude just, ah, it just set me on fire. And we're here, we're sharing the story and there's so many people like that in the same position that this will benefit from. So welcome. My name is Velty Daniel. I'm an executive banker with Rocket Mortgage and I'm happy to help. I'm really excited just to share and see what's available for you. The easiest way to get started is just to do a five minute phone call or shoot me a message. But there's no pressure, there's no obligation. We just want to let you know your options. And there's a lot of excellent programs. Even at the end of the day we can't help. I'll at least point you in the best direction with my best professional advice in the industry and it is a good thing. So welcome. This is Equity Mastery. I look forward to working with you soon.
